We had the pleasure of touring a new home development here in town through the Home Building Association of Richmond. It’s important for people in our industry to understand not only new construction and also existing properties but the different stages of new construction. We’re continually getting involved in events that we feel could benefit our customers. It makes us more knowledgeable if they decide to purchase new construction. It’s amazing to see the diversity of projects happening in Central Virginia right now!

Sticks-n-Bricks Course. Come learn about all of the stages of new home construction! Everything will be visible from foundation and framing to insulation and sheetrock and then see the gorgeous finished products! Please wear long pants and closed toe shoes. Hard hats will be provided! This course offers 2 hours CE Real Estate Related or 2 hours PLE Current Industry Trends. Course credits are processed through The Richmond Association of Realtors®.
